2022 Guests of Honor, OneStitchFromHell!

Introducing one of our 2022 Guests of Honor, onestitchfromhell!
Stitch believes that cosplay is not only a celebration of fandom, but an outlet for creativity and self-expression. She has been making costumes since her first convention in 2012 and has since participated in cosplay contests, skits, and cosplay chess across Montana, Utah, and Washington.
Stitch shares much of her work-in-progress on instagram @onestitchfromhell and loves to learn by chatting with other cosplayers. She’s always down to talk fandoms or help brainstorm your next build!

2021 COVID-19 Update

Hello everyone.

We are saddened to announce that there will be no physical OokiiSoraCon this year.

Although it feels like the end of this pandemic is finally within reach, we feel it is too soon for herd immunity. We are looking forward to the day when we will be able to gather with everyone safely and without worry.

All registrations will continue to roll forward to next OokiiSoraCon (fingers crossed for summer 2022!)

Unlike last year, we will not be hosting an online convention in place of the physical convention. However, we do have plans up our sleeve to stay connected with our beloved community.

Thank you for your continued patience and support as we navigate through this pandemic together.

Get ready for the OokiiSoraCon 2020 Online Convention!

We’re excited to bring to the community a fun day of online panels, games, and contests!

COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 UPDATE

It is with a very heavy heart that we must announce the cancellation of OokiiSoraCon 2020.

Last week it was announced that Montana would begin Phase 2 of opening the state on June 1st. This allows gatherings of more than 50 people (with proper social distancing) to take place. We believe it’s in the best interest of the community to not hold an event of our size, as it would simply be irresponsible to do so.

All 2020 registrations will be automatically rolled over to 2021 and no action is required on your part. If you have any concerns or are unable to attend in 2021, please email contact@ookiisoracon.org. Please be aware that any questions may have a delayed response as we work through this transition.

If you booked a room at the Delta, please contact them directly to cancel your reservation.

To help ease the no-con blues, we are planning to hold a virtual mini con on July 11th! This event will be free and open to the public. More information to come!

We’d like to thank you for your patience and support. We would not be here if it wasn’t for our amazing community. Attendees, volunteers, artists, and vendors all help create what OokiiSoraCon is. We love you all and could not do it without you!

Covid-19 Updates

As many of you have already heard, MisCon has postponed their convention until 2021. This is a favorite convention in Montana and we’re sad to see them cancel, but we all know it’s best for the health and safety of everyone ❤️

That being said, at this time OokiiSoraCon is still scheduled for July 10th-12th, 2020.

We are closely monitoring the situation and staying up to date on all federal and state guidelines. We can’t say for sure how things will look in July, but for now we are still hard at work creating and planning a great convention for our community.  In the unfortunate event that we cannot safely hold our convention, all registrations will be refunded or rolled over to 2021.

April Updates

Hello and apologies for the lack of updates. We do more frequent updating on our Facebook and Instagram.

We’re going to talk about some of the things we have going on for OokiiSoraCon!

May 1st marks our second price increase to pre-registration.

We have lots of events you can sign up for ahead of time and things you can work on while you’re not at work.
